What is the age limit to jump?
Do i need socks to jump?
Yes, special grip socks are always required to jump for safety and hygiene reasons. You must purchase flipzone socks on your first visit.
Can i reuse my socks?
yes, you can bring flipzone socks on your next visits and you dont have to purchase again!
Is there entry fee?
Yes, there is an entry fee to jump at a trampoline park, but the cost are length of your visit, and additional activities. Spectators who do not jump are typically not charged.
Can i drop my child and leave them at flipzone?
No, you generally cannot drop off your child and leave them unattended at Flipzone. We have a strict policy that requires adult supervision for children, with the minimum age for being left alone typically being 16.
Do i have to sign a waiver?
Yes, you are required to sign a liability waiver to jump. This is standard practice in the industry and is a condition of entry. If you refuse to sign, you will not be allowed to participate.
Who can sign a waiver for me?
A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for anyone under 18 years old. An older sibling or a friend cannot sign the waiver unless they have been given power of attorney by the child’s parent or guardian.
What about food and drink?
Yes, it is standard policy at Flipzone to prohibit outside food and drinks. The primary reasons for this rule are to ensure jumper safety, maintain cleanliness, and manage liability.
What are glow night?
Glow nights, sometimes called GLOW or GlowJump, are special events at Flipzone where the main lights are turned off and the entire park is illuminated with blacklights, lasers, and other special effects. This transforms the park into a high-energy dance club environment with upbeat music.
How is party run?
The party organizer and guests should arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled party time. Cashier will greet the group to verify waivers, provide wristbands and grip socks, and collect any remaining balance. party group moves to the main trampoline area and attractions for their designated jump time,After the jump time, the party host directs the group to a private or reserved party room. This is where the food is served and presents are opened. The host will assist with setup and cleanup. Once the party room time is over, the host will handle the cleanup.
What is included in decoration?
Flipzone provide only basic party essentials like tablecloths, plates, cups, and napkins as part of a birthday party package.
Do you do party on weekdays?
Yes, Flipzone do host parties on weekdays, and they often offer benefits such as lower prices, more availability, and fewer crowds. Weekday parties are a popular option for families who want to avoid the high-demand weekend slots.
who do i count on my party?
When you count your party guests, you primarily need to count jumpers, and you should include the birthday child in this headcount. Non-jumping adults who are only observing or helping will not be counted in the package price. all ages count who wants to jump.
Can i pay my remaining balance prior to the party?
In most cases, Flipzone require the final balance for your party to be paid on the day of the event. This is to allow for any last-minute adjustments, such as adding jumpers, which may alter the final cost.
Should i tip the party host?
Tipping your party host at Flipzone is not required, but it is customary and appreciated for good service. The host’s duties, which include setting up the room, serving food, and handling cleanup, are considered a service industry role.
Can i bring cake or cup cake?
Yes, you can almost always bring a birthday cake or cupcakes if you have a party booked. The parks generally make an exception to their “no outside food” rule for birthday celebrations
What is your cancellation policy?
Flipzone cancellation policies generally involve losing your initial deposit if you cancel, but we are often flexible with rescheduling the party for a future date
How many kids can fit at table party?
The number of kids that can fit at a Flipzone party table typically ranges from 8 to 12 children.
